Now Open: The (Co)Working Space in East Brunswick/South River

(South River, NJ) – 3/ 4/2020 – Last month’s Ribbon cutting occurred at the new (co)working space location in East Brunswick/South River. The East Brunswick location, located on 14 Old Bridge Turnpike had their ribbon cutting on Thursday, February 20th at 4pm. The event was followed with networking and happy hour.

The ten-year-old company opened in 2009 with its first location at 97 Main St., Woodbridge, NJ. The (co)working space was the first of its kind in the NJ market when it opened. Since then the (co)working space in Woodbridge has given professionals in the area an option to work locally in a coworking environment rather than working from home or commuting out of town. What’s more, the (co)working space locations allow members to network, make professional relationships, and work in an environment unlike a corporate office. Most recently, the (co)working space of Woodbridge  expanded their concept  to the new locations in North Brunswick and East Brunswick/South River.

“Small business owners, entrepreneurs, and remote workers want the option to work in a community with other, like-minded people. The flexibility to have an office close to home is important to them,” said Noelle Stary, founder of the (co)working space. “We’ve heard so many members say, if only your space was in my town… So, we’re taking steps to license our brand and open new spaces in other local communities.”

The (co)working space has a mission to become the go-to coworking facility for suburban towns in NJ. Prospective members can currently view and book memberships, desks, and private offices for all three locations—conference rooms are also accessible for use based on availability. All three spaces currently offer a variety of memberships to fit each and every type of member or team. Memberships, conference rooms, and other bookings are available through the (co)working space’s website. Team spaces and offices are also available at both locations—giving teams the opportunity to be a part of the coworking space community.

“The (co)working space offers freelancers, remote workers, small business owners, and other independent professionals an opportunity to have office space without having to spend a lot of money,” said Stary.

We had the privilege of watching the new owners; Nicole Banbor  (MCAR’s Executive Officer) and Felix Greco (MCAR’s President Elect)  (just to name a few) cut the ribbon alongside local officials; including by not limited to Assemblyman Karabinchak, and South River Mayor Krenzel. It was an impressive crew to come and give their support.
